Scope
These terms apply to the site and the interactive experiences at dmsdigital.dev and at deneyim.dmsdigital.dev, where the experiences are served from (together, "DMS"). DMS is published by DMS Digital. By using DMS you accept these terms.
The service
DMS offers free, browser-based interactive experiences about science, history and culture. You don't need an account. The experiences are educational and are provided "as is": we take care to keep them accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee that they will run without interruption or errors. We may change, update or withdraw an experience without notice.
Content rights
The text, images, sounds, scenes and software on the site and in the experiences belong to DMS Digital or are used under licence; openly licensed data is used with its source credited.
- You may use DMS freely for your own learning and show it in class for educational purposes. Teachers may project the experiences in lessons and share the links with their students.
- You may link to any page. You may share screenshots if you credit the source (DMS and the page address).
- You may not copy the content or software and republish it elsewhere, sell it, present it as your own or use it commercially without written permission.
Acceptable use
Trying to break the security or operation of DMS, sending excessive automated requests to our servers and using the experiences for unlawful purposes are not allowed.
YouTube
We publish our videos on our YouTube channel (@dmsdigitaldev) and use a tool that relies on YouTube API Services to upload videos to our own channel. When you watch our content on YouTube or use any feature of ours that works with YouTube API Services, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. How Google processes data is described in the Google Privacy Policy; which data we use with YouTube API Services, and how, is described in our privacy notice.
Links to other sites
Links on DMS may lead to other sites (for example our social media accounts). The owners of those sites are responsible for their content and privacy practices.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, DMS Digital is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, DMS.

DMS uses no cookies, asks for no accounts and doesn't track you. Details are on the privacy page.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page, with the date of the last update shown above. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
